Thanksgiving 2011

Ethans Costume

Not really sure how we will always celebrate Halloween/Fall with our children. But Ethan is still younger so we have just been focusing on the fun of fall with friends and candy. Last year I made Ethan a pirate costume it was a lot of fun. Josh and I took him to a fall festival and some friends met us there.

 


This year not sure what Ethan and I will be up too. Thinking of maybe walking the neighborhood for some candy. Ethan will prob enjoy that. Josh and I talked about what Ethan should be this year. And he suggested Flash. I looked around in the stores to see if they had anything but nothing. And online everything is so expensive and cheap looking.

So I decided it would be fun to make it. I had a lot of fun making it. And Im proud of myself. It even has muscles! LOL :)

Chi Fi La

Happy to say while in AZ I had Chi Fi La 3 times! And each time it was free because my mom had tons of coupons for free stuff lol!

This was the Thursday before we took off. I convinced my mom to let Tera and Tasha out of school early. So we all went to lunch. Then the whole family and my dad too drove us to the airport.

Ethan enjoyed playing in the Chi Fi La slide, tunnel thing. And I even went in with him lol.

Goins Wedding

My friend from high school was married Oct 15. I was one of her bridesmaids. The day of the wedding was very busy. We woke up and headed to get ready at her house. Then lots of pics with the whole bridal party. 

The wedding was nicely decorated and a good sit down meal.

Time to update

Its time for an update. I wish I was better at keeping up with our family blog.




We just got back from AZ and we were there for 3 weeks. Ill have to write a post about dif parts of that.

We are officially half way through the deployment. Just waiting for the ball to start rolling and time to keep going.

Ethan is growing up so much. He loves playing with his toy cars. He enjoys eating snacks. His fav is fruit, gummy snacks, gold fish, granola bars, and the newest cookie crunch cereal. At grandmas house all the snacks are in the low cabinet. So he would always help himself to snacks. If he was supposed to or not!

Josh is doing well. He has been working crazy busy over in the desert. Hoping he gets a break soon.

Found!

Today Ethan and I went on a walk with Aiden and his Gma. On the way back from our walk heading home. A couple asked me if I knew whose dog this chihuahua belonged too. I told them no. I guess they were heading out so I told them I would take the dog and post him on the ellsowrth lost and found pets page. Because pets are found within a few hours after posting on there. 

Ethan was in love!! I posted him on the page and within 5 min a lady that found him once had his owners number. And they came to pick him up 5 min later. The owner said he just got back from deployment and while he was gone he got a call that he was found in North Carolina!! He had to pay 400 dollars for him to be shipped back lol.
